Unlike bank financing, our underwriting standards will not interfere with your timeline. We understand you may have deadlines that must be met, and we will work with you to accomplish them.

We have no minimum FICO guidelines. Our main focus is on the equity of the property. Low credit scores, prior bankruptcies, and foreclosures do not disqualify you. Regardless of your financial history, property value will be the main criterion in our decision to approve your loan.
LIMITED DOCUMENTATION
From start to finish, our documentation requirements are very simple. The submission package includes a quick loan application, a recent credit report, your most recent banking and asset statements, as well as info on the property. At no point will we ask for tax returns, income verification, nor employment verification.
